I LIVE! ...and this this is actually on to. Ain't that awsome.
Alright! I'm back, I'm tired, and I'm at a decent enough connection at the moment...sooooo...I shall POST! Or something. Mostly something. Basicly this is me saying that I'm still around, that I'm feeling better, and that I had a firkin awsome time at Jen and James's place. Thanks for the both of them, though one of them SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS! Needs to stop payin for everything! Regardless though, it was an awsome trip, which I much needed. I even met..*GASP* NEW PEPOLE! Even if it was only one day. Also. Trick missed the unicorn balloon that was the size of Nebraska. This was amusing. Amy did a good enough play by play of our time there, and she was the photographer as well, which was awsome. So this is just me saying YAY! VACATION WAS GOOD! And of course...posting what quotes I remember. Most of them were due to a short, fuzzy headed girl, that was only there one night. ^____^ She'll kill me for that description I'm sure. Oh. And James. Right! Once more unhappy headsupness. I might be entirely unavailable for the meet up in Dallas. Yes yes, I know, I'm excited and all about it but my granddad might be back in the hospital again, and at the moment I'm not even sure I'll be home for Christmas. Lovely song that. Also in the news, this means that I've been entirely distracted for weeks and all those nice christmas cards(which I'm highly thankful for) and presents(which go under the tree) are welcome...but all the ones I have for YOU lovely people(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) shall be delayed. I'm still gonna try ta make it ta Dallas, but if I don't you all better understand or I'll hit you with a stick and leave for in the back yard for my 3-legged dog to burry. Alright! Too proove I'm alive among other things~
Ok! This post here is to proove that I still know how ta update this damn thing, and to tell all the people that I suprised by running off last night that I'm still fine. ^^ So is my grandfather, who we took ta the ER last night, hence the reason for my sudden absence. I would like to say that it was FIRKING COLD last night as well, and there was ice...ICE...the substance that causes most Texan drivers to loose approximately 30-50 IQ points while driving. Anyway, I'll spare all the gory details since I'm sure someone out there is eating and just say that he's feeling much better, and is at the moment in the clinic in Temple. I'll be off towards there shortly, and it might be touch and go again for the next few days seein me online, but all is good, its just a long drive ta Temple from Waco and I'll be busy. I'm fine, Clay is fine, Mom is fine, and Pops...well he'll be fine once we get him out of the hospital. In other news, Magna Carta is PRETTY, Jade Empire still kicks ass after all this time, Shining Force-Neo isn't all that bad, Fire Emblem is HARD cause I have ta actually keep everyone alive, and nameing a Ninja 'Ryu' in CoV apparently boots his coolness factor by a power of 10 and I think I'm hungry. I should fix that. Also: I am 72% Video Game Addict. Video games are a big portion of my life, maybe too big of a portion. They are not a means of social interaction, despite what I might think. The good with the bad...
Right! Good news! The twin knights in Suikoden IV (Cause there are ALWAYS twin knights) are really PIRATES. This is even cooler, cooler like cool stuff. Because there...you know...pirates...yeah. I mean the only way they could be better is if they were pirate kender ninja zombie hunting jedi mages...but that would never happen anywhere else than my head...which is quite fuzzled at the moment Bad news! ...for those that care...my World of Warcraft account was pirated sometime this morning, kicking me off. When I was finally able to log back on I found my character of lvl 40 goodness...naked except for his weapons and with a grand total of 16 copper to his name. Yes. I got jacked. Hard. I blame lack of sleep.
Well not so much BLAME lack of sleep, more I attribute it to the dream I had. Well it wasn't really a dream...just...a vision. Of something that looked cool, or at least it looked cool in my head...and I shall share with all of you so that you may decide! I'm still running on 4 hours sleep (thanks to family getting me up) so I shall name that the cause of any oddness in this (compleately random) post! The vision was...Videoland in the 50's. ...so maybe I'm the only one amused so by this...but Helena and her ninja clan posing as mobsters (pinstripe suits and tommyguns, around a car...but Ryu still had a sword...go figure) with Hel as the mob boss amused me greatly. As did the image of the air pirates done up the same...(Gil, May, Clara, Ruby, Vyse...May of course posing on the roof of the car...I never said it made sence!) Then Li, Ryu, Ken, and Jin dressed like the cover of The Untouchables movie...she looks good in a suit. There were others too, but I'm still so sleep fogged I can't remember really. ^____^ Now though I go ta game and play KOTOR II...must, get, LIGHTSABERS! ...there shiney. Yes yes I still live, WoW hasn't taken over my WHOLE soul, just parts of it. Anyway, those of you who are comin ta the meet thingy, and stayin in the rooms I have, the info shall finally go out tonight. This weekend I was driving people too and from places, doing crazy stuff, and playing WoW...so yes, stuff slipped my mind...however I did develop(In my sleep deprived and half mad state) Two theories that I believe to be correct! 1) The Paper-Trail theory: Now, all have heard the word 'That guys got issues' right? Well...I have developed a scale to measure the issues that one has! From lowest to highest thease stages are... Pamphlets-Articles-Mags-Issues-Subscript ions-News Stands-Volumes-Bookcases-Libraries-Publi shers-Printing Presses-Library of Congress Or course since this progression was thought up on caffine and sleep dep, I could be wrong...suggestions welcome. >D 2) The Krispy Kreme theory: Developed after buying suger-coated goodness to keep me up after a drive. One Krispy Kreme doughnut - Mmmm...good... Two Krispy Kremes - Filling... Three Krispy Kremes - Full. Four Krispy Kremes - Bad. Five Krispy Kremes - DEAD Six........SIX BEAUTIFUL KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUTS AH HA HA! ...right so the last part of that wasn't part of the theory, but it had to be done. An...UPDATE! *GASP*
Yes yes it is indeed an update! On what happened last few weeks and last weekend, well last few weeks have been...busy to say the least. I'm through though! So now its time to rest and plot for the end of December! That and get pictures...I got stuff at RenFest that I went to this weekend that make me happy. Finally broke down and bought a leather tricorn hat, and a red and black cloak(For Hector!)gonna -try- ta do armor, even if thats nuts, I'm gonna try! And now...World of Warcraft has stolen my SOUL! Well at least leased with option to buy, I'll be happy to share the addiction with anyone that wants ta see it, provided they'll come to Waco...because I am sadly without a laptop. Now though, as the beta ends...five days early...gonna be feenin for the game when it comes out...I think I shall sleep...or RP...or find some ice cream! Right, random things that happened, just because I can! First off...the world is too dang small! I went to a holloween party this weekend, and found out that some of the people there knew some of the same people I did...amused me, but hey, running on little sleep quite a bit can amuse you, though I do have to say thanks to the host and hostess of said party, because it was fun. ^^ Second off, The Bard's Tale gets extra points for yet another reason...zombie sheep. Beebo's cousins make an apparence. Third, its cold and rainy...YAY! Thank the weather its back ta somethin I like. ^___^ And now, I return you to whatever ya were doing and go back to work, stories, plotting, and singin~~ in the rain~~~ well, less of that last one. Right! So this is just my little reaffirmation that I can't spell...wait, no I mean that I'm still alive, the fact that I can't spell has never been under debate. ^_^ Yes yes I've been sick, I can thank my little cousin for that, but now I'm feelin better, should be around again, and have found the game thats quickly on the way to becoming one of my Favorite Games Ever. Those of you who have a PS2 or XBOX...go. Buy The Bard's Tale. This is not on option, trade in siblings if you have too! I mean any game where (If you can catch it) makes so many pokes at so many other games of its type, the humor makes it great. Star Wars, Red Riding Hood, Scooby Doo (Though your puppy looks more like the dog from The Mask) and thats only the parodies in the first fifteen mins. You'll laugh, you'll cry (if your female you might want to kick The Bard in the face). I mean any game where the main character and the nieraitor argue though many of the cutscenes just makes me chuckle, and when both of them are snarky little bastages, it just makes me laugh more. Plus Wesly does the voice of The Bard, thats bonous points. A hot tub! My kingdom for a hot tub!
...a hot tub, a back rub, and sleep for a day solid might fix me up at the moment, but I doubt it. ^^ Due to the fact that Olivia has taken it upon herself to help me exorsise I have come to the conclusion that when I see whoever of you people out there I've already met I shall be one of two things; A) Feel and look better than I have in a while. B) DEAD. No there is no all of the above, being undead is no subsistute for life...or something. Though I'm sure some of you people out there will argue with me. ^^ Regardless! I'm out of the office for the day, hopefully to be online more often...and perhaps even *GASP* Update my LJ every once in awhile. Hrmm, better not promise too much right? Anyway, I'm off to home, and food, and GMing L5R, and hopefully a nap before then~~ P.S. Those of you who know of Olivia can understand my pain, those who don't...well...HA! Well its now Saturday the 14th, and after induldging myself in the gang's usual tradition of seein a new movie at midnight on Friday the 13th I have a few things to share! Well first off I think I'm back after a busy week~ for one and now...on too...MOVIE COMMENTS! Dude, this movie was like sex. An hour and a half of cinimatic boredom, and fifteen minuites designed ta get ya off. NINJA! NINJA DA! Mommy is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack~ Spear ta da head! On Screen: Hrmm...they killed something here... Sateesh: ...like the plot?! Me: No no dude, that was three scenes back! Sateesh: Yeah! My bad! There were many others, but in my current sleep deprived state thats what I can remember. It should be noted, NEVER see a movie with me and Sateesh if you wanna actually SEE the movie, if ya wanna listen to the comments then its all good. Or at least never see a movie with the two of us when where hyper/sleep deprived/in a odd mood at least. The comments flew all movie, and everyone laughed...which is always a good thing...otherwise I would have been kicked outta alot more movies than I have been...which is never. Lucky me~~~ As for the movie...well, I might have ripped it up, but it wasn't that bad, was funny in a twisted way if you made the right comments and had facehugers...which SOME of you out there think are cute... The fights were cool, and the predator was a freekin ninja...therefor it was all good. If you hadent guessed, the choice for tonight was AvP...and the people there were ALL Geeks...I felt right at home. ...and I did too! Yes ladies and gents, crazies and sane ones(Very few of those), children and adults of all ages...I'm back. Both in Texas from my trip, and online since my comp is officially fixed again. I would have been on yesterday to tell everyone...but after work, and fixing my comp up again, I crashed hard...ahhhh...sleep is good after getting back from a plane trip at 2 in the morning. Anyway...now that I've come back from a most excellent trip I should be around more often, well...technicly...I'm off for movies tonight, more rest tomarrow, and CoH in the interm...oh, and Amyhead...I did get suntanned, not burned, well not much,...so the hat was an excellent thing to buy, plus I always did want an Indina Jones hat (brown leather fadora, it makes me happy and I look good in it acording to trustworthy sources) Now though, its back to work for me Heigh Ho~ Heigh Ho~ its off ta work I go...yes, I'm bein odd...and I like it, so there! And I'm off, to wonder about Skaven warbands(YAY! RATS!), zombie hunting mages, how to do a PBEM or somethin with Suiko chars, and in general lots of stuffs that make compleate sence to me...which should scare you all.
